Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At NOK, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or lost in transit.

Custom-Made and Personalized Products

All products sold by NOK are produced on demand once an order is placed. This means each item is custom-made for you, whether or not it includes personalization. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged products.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival, you must inform us within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement order at no additional cost.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.

Process for Reporting Issues

Contact Us: To report a defect, damage, or lost package, please contact our customer service team at info@nokstyle.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs.

Review: Our team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

Resolution: If your issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement order or process a refund.

Refund Processing

Approval Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your report and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed at the post office, we can arrange for a re-shipment at the customer's expense.

Wrong Address or Rejection by Recipient

Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned or shipments rejected by the recipient will be disposed of. A new order can be placed with the correct information at the customer's expense.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As our products are custom-made and produced on demand, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply according to EU consumer rights regulations. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to address your issue.

Additional Assistance

Please note, all requests regarding defective, damaged, misprinted products, or lost packages must be made within the specified timeframes (2 weeks for defects/damage/misprints and 4 weeks for lost packages).
